Steve Manning has put in a lot of time looking for his first tarpon. Always out there well before the sun rises and staying longer than anyone else. Until today, he was the King of jumped tarpon and had earned a beach nickname of Jumping Steve.
Today he broke that streak with his fist kayak caught tarpon. The smile tells the story. Congrats Steve!
