Just ordered this:

Cascade 9' 2pc. 8wt. 4.5T 0.405B CLEAR R1/B17

It is the RX-7 fly rod blank, 43 million modulus graphite (what ever that means)

$68 dollar blank for $37 w/ shipping and tax. Can't beat the price for a first time rod builder.
