Although the colors change from summer to winter, the patterns remain pretty much the same, with the exception of a few "hot new patterns".
1) Clousers and Half and Half's
2) Surface Patterns - Poppers and Gurglers
3) Decievers
4) Bendbacks and Rattle Rousers
5) Baitfish Patterns
6) Attractor Patterns (Roadkills, VooDoo Chile and Seaducers)
7) Sliders and Divers
8) Spoonflies

Quite a variety in my fly box/es. Schminnows in various colors weighted and unweighted, Surfcandy, a small assortment of Poppers, quite a few shrimp patterns, a couple different crab patterns, Clousers, Deceivers and the list goes on.
I like flash! Ice Chenilles, Flash-A-Bou, Krystal Flash, etc.
Most I've tied but a lot of my singles came from swaps. While I'm laid up I should try to replicate a lot of these singles before I snag them on some rock or mangrove and lose them. It's nice having the pattern right there in front of you while tying.
