As I get older the process of getting my 75 pound kayak on top of my car roof rack becomes more of an issue. I just added a new grab bar to my Native Slayer 14.5 to make it easier to load. This short video shows how it works. Okay I will admit it I am also enjoying playing with my new GoPro camera.

That did work well for sure. Have you considered trying the 2 side by side rear wheel fix?

Not sure what you mean by the "2 side by side rear wheel"

That is way to easy !
I use a similar method to load the Big Tuna on a GMC Suburban. I had read where you guys use bath mats. I bought a mat of sorts from a company named Thulie. ( Swedish ) It worked way better than carpet as this ole girl comes in at 87lbs empty. I pull the boat to back of the truck and raise it high enough to get my hands in the front scupper holes from underneath. Once there moving backwards, I muscle it to the top of the rear glass on the truck. Then I pick up the back and push it on just like you did. It's more about tech niche than muscle but a little of both sure helps.
