It's the time of year where many of us are launching from the beach. For some of us launching from govt funded renourished beaches, this means navigating steep cliffs because, as all of us except the Army cops of engineers understands, renourished beaches always wash away.

I am sure the Army Corps would have no problems with running a vehicle over dunes and sea oats.
