Hasn't the north PFCS always included St. Joseph Sound and north in the past. Your boundaries are jaming a lot of people into very few launches.

SnookBait mentioned that he wanted to bring a friend. Reply - o.k. but better to sign-up. According to the rules that I read, "one must have signed up 30 days prior to the event" Have the rules changed? I have a friend as well.

That rule is designed to keep out guys who show up for the tourneys and then never participate in the site. We want new folks joining the tourneys AND the site. So, yes, we make exceptions
