Fly rod restoration?

I inherited a couple of old bamboo fly rods from my Great Grandfather. they aren't in horrible shape but after sitting in my parents basement for 35+ years, they need some restoration. I'm not looking to fish with them, just to showcase them on my wall. They are Octagonal 3-piece bamboo and they are missing a few tippets and the others are rusted. The cork is decent...

I know nothing about building or restoring rods (and I don't want to ruin 100 year old rods learning). Can anyone recommend a good rod builder in the Tampa Bay area that could restore these for me?

Thanks

Kurt

Have you found anyone to help you with these? I build primarily graphite rods, but I have built on bamboo blanks. If they are not expensive bamboo rods and the ferrules are OK, I could help you and I think they would turn out nice. If they are expensive classic bamboo rods, I would recommend having a bamboo rod specialist look at them. Are there any markings or labels on them?

Here is a link to one I built.
