One quick question on photos:
I looked at all old posts but can't tell......are iphone pics ok?
It's what I use all time anyways.
I can email them to person at weigh in?

Here's what we need with the pics.
1. We need to see the entire length of the fish on top of a measuring board.
2. The numbers on the measuring board need to be clearly visible
3. We'll need to be able to zoom in on the nose of the fish to verify that it is at 0 on the measuring board.
4. We'll need to be able to zoom in on the tail of the fish to verify the total length.

If a phone can do that then it can be used. Clearly visible is the key to everything.

email - that requires an internet connection for the computer being used. Can't count on that so don't count on being able to email. In fact, thinking about it, don't plan on doing that at all. Adds several steps to the judging process that, if everyone started doing it, it would greatly lengthen the judging process. We pride ourselves in announcing winners within 15 minutes of the time cut off - MUCH faster then any other tournament - and would like to keep it that way.

In the past we have used phones when absolutely necessary. Using your camera card allows the judges to independently look at the pic without outside intervention and that is necessary when things get close.
