I am left handed so most reels are ready to go for me. It feels weird if I reel with my left hand.
There are no limits, except for the ones we put on ourselves.

Reel Question
Those rods Gil posted are typically strapped in a harness. Your back/body powers the rod. You need your arm strength to crank. Quite a bit different from flats (or fly) rods.
