When I first looked at this my reaction was "oh boy yet another worthless kitchen gizmo"

but after a second nice piece of meat went up in flames on my cheap grill I wonder if this might be worth a try. (last nights steak was on the charcoal grill and was perfect.)

I may take a look at this soon if I am not able to get a better grill.

I searched it out today and found it at a local bbq. shop. I couldn't plop down 50 bucks + tax for a couple pcs. of aluminum and a spatula with slots cut into it. Maybe if it was stainless steel. Good idea but ridiculously overpriced in this bbqer's opinion.
