Upper Manatee River (with pics)

Hit the upper Manatee River. First time on the river since fall. Have a trip there on Monday, so I wanted to check it out. Bad tide. It was slack and then incoming. Fishing was slow, but I caught about 30 bluegill and a couple of bass. Caught fish on No. 10 popper and my Myakka Minnow.
