An if your gonna eat it it might as well be good. Got a couple of "projects for today, both involve these.
The ones on the left are for my other project, the cup on the right is strawberries, cranberries and blueberries.
The berries have 1/4 cup of light brown sugar and a bit of Courvoisier added to them to soak in the frig for an hour. And
* 2 large eggs
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 cup flour
* 3 tablespoons melted butter
* Butter, for coating the pan
Combine in a blender all of the ingredients and pulse for 10 seconds. Place the crepe batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour
On the left we got JD regular patties with Fontina cheese on top. In the back we got da berries simmering in 2 tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of cream sherry(in addition to the sugar and brandy mentioned above). And on the right the first of the crapes. Over medium heat, I added 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the pan for each new crape.

The cooked sausages with a plumb tomato slice and Feta cheese on top.

And the fully loaded plate ready fer the eatin....there were no leftovers.
