Radiated Sheepies

Post by Uncle Tommy »

This is just wrong - but it works. And it saves your time and hands and knives:

Sheepies in the microwave:

Field-dressed Sheepie (13")

After 3:00, skin is starting to separate. Flip him over

After 3:00 more, he is done. Peel back skin to reveal filet #1

Remove filet #1 to reveal backbone

Remove backbone and ribs to expose filet #2

'TAin't Pretty. 'Tis Tasty.

Cooking times will vary with size of fish.

You'll notice I did not overcook the fish. Please do not overcook the fish. It dishonors the fish and reveals serious character flaws for which you should get help immediately.

Do not disparage the messenger. You know you want to try it.

Off you go now.

Any spices, butter, anything? Only took 6 minutes and no blood loss?

I was impressed, that the older I got, the more patient I became. Turns out, I just don't give a shit.

No bloody knuckles. I like that.

The first one was so good I ate it right out of its shell with nothing on it. The second went into a nice warm Panang bath.

A bigger fish would be drawn butter worthy.

Think I'm going back for more...
