Surprised......Orion Cooker/Smoker

Tomorrow is our 43rd Wedding Anniversary so my wife surprises me with a Stainless Steel Orion Cooker/Smoker.........

Tomorrow I will cook a Turkey for my 1st run at Convection Cooking/Smoking......Pics tomorrow.......

21 and a 3rd year Freshman at the University of Pittsburgh.....Wife was 21 and final year of Nursing School(RN).......

So you have twice as many years of being married as opposed to being single? Usually that kind of commitment to an institution is reserved to a prison or mental hospital as opposed to a marriag.... wait same difference never mind.

Man the Orion is the Cats A$$..............the Turkey was the easiest best turkey I have ever had........15# turkey done in 1 hr 20 mins......smoked with Maple Chips and Lowery Seasoning.....Light the Charcoal come back in 1hr 20 mins DONE.........All Stainless hosed it out all clean.......
