Hi everyone,
We're going to Ft.Myers on Oct10th. My husband and I just bought kayaks and I am bound and determined to get a few pointers before we go so I can outfish him. We fish along the mangroves and Lovers Key. We've done this before but in canoes or a small boat and I just always followed his lead. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is going to be a competition I don't want to lose.!!!!!! Thanks for any tips!!!!

The last couple weeks have been good using chunks of cut ladyfish under the groves for redfish. You have to fish them near the high tide..Just hook them up and freeline them until something takes off with them.
