As promised, a few final pictures of the elk in Cataloochee.

First the bulls, there were three of them that we could see. Have to apoligize for quality of the elk pictures, I was using my W10 and had to get into the digital part of the zoom as we couldn't get too close.

Some of the cow elk in the cove, there were a lot of them laying down in the grass with the calves. There were also quite a few big turkeys around too.

Really neat cloud effect in Cataoochee Cove after the rain.

Hurry up and get back. You're missing the wonderful 110 degree weather......
