6-20, B'ton Report from 6-14

Post by paddlefisher »

Sorry it took me a while to post this report, it is from the low tides last week. I went and left town and forgot. I was fishing the low tide in the Bradenton Area and had a good day. I started out fishing way up the flat and found these redfish in a little hole, got three in a row and Exude baby bass, weedless Daiichi worm hook. I love shallow water.

Number one, I am kneeling so you can see how shallow it was.

Yes, that is my ankle, so shallow (why do I have the sun to my back, idiot!)

Then I paddled to the edge of the flat and got a couple little snookers to eat.

After looking around some other areas I decided to head back up the flat where I came from and paddle over the spot I have just caught he little reds. Oh my Lord, there were 6 huge snook just sitting in that little hole, they just didn't eat. But I'll be back.

Very nice! You should observe SnookFinatic's smile and take notes, your's needs some serious work. BTW you don't need to show us 2 pics of the same redfish, we are already impressed  .

Hey bears fan, don't hate, they are not the same fish, but the acusation is a clue that you've done it before. Look at the top spots on each fish, either I am pretty good with a sharpie, or they are two different fish , mmmm?

I have only caught one fish with two spots like that. I was going to say you found it except for mine was much bigger. :P

That's the way to make nice. I am not a scientist, but I'm guessin' schools have at least some of the same gene pool, there are a lot of fish with two spots on one side and one on the other.
