Went out yesterday with the fly rod and one spinning rod. Caught 2 reds 14"-21" on fly and switched to my spinning rod at low tide. Using a white jerk bait, I caught 2 trout 15-16" and 2 flounder 14-23". Biggest flounder for me to date, at around 6 pounds or so. A nice day, a NE FL slam, and a huge yummy flounder!

I saw this was in the weekly Lakeland Ledger report:
Flounder "biting like crazy'' at Sebastian Inlet, with fish up to 10 pounds but plenty of 6-8 pounders off south catwalk or by boat. Finger mullet a must, and fish eddies, reports Wabasso Bait and Tackle (772-589-8518). Sheepshead also picking up steam, and bluefish 2-3 pounds on spoons. Snook at night best on bucktails and grubs.
