I do not know the answer but why chance it. I have always heard that if you are going to fish do not have any bannanas on your boat. Neil that pretty good about the shirt being on wrong side out :lol:

A friend of mine would catch Tarpon with banana's at port Manatee, while unloading the banana's from the ships hold some would drop off and the tarpon would eat them.

Also A Restaurant on the water at new pass would dump there yellow rice in the pass the pinfish would be plump with rice all the time. :D

No bananas on the boat, period.

Always drink a chocolate milk before getting on the water.

No banana products (sunscreen, lip balm, etc).

NEVER under ANY circumstance is loose change allowed in your pockets on my boat, if you come onto my boat with loose change you either throw it over board or stay on the dock. Only by throwing it over board can you denounce the bad luck you've brought with you for the day, I don't care if it's $10 worth of change or a .25 cents.

When I REALLY need good luck, I have a special pair of board shorts that have never let me down, seriously.

I have plenty other superstitions that are escaping me now, I'll post them when I remember.
