4" Minicell to raise a seat

Anyone know where I can get some minicell. I'm looking to raise my seat up a little and was hoping to find some locally.
I can't say it is right or wrong, all I know is something isn't right.

Not sure exactly what you are. Trying to do, but I used an old boogie board to make the seat riser for the Untimate I had.
Being out on the water in the kayak is the prize. Catching fish is the bonus.
