Thanks again guys, it was a good format. The lures were awesome. The food at BarFly was outstanding.
Here is my winning red.
Couldnt beleive my good fortune. There were several of us fishing the same area and it just happened to be me that found them.
A Big Thank You to Norm for talking me into fishing. Thanks buddy, you've always been a good friend.

Congratulations to all the winners! Thanks for the Bucktails! Really nice place Jeff, thanks for having us!
I had a great time even though I was a little under the weather. Got to fish an area I never fished before and met two new fellow anglers Don and Gary, good to meet you guys.
Managed to get two small Reds one spot each, not a Dalmation like Bill caught. Great job Bill!!!

I would like to extend my congratulations to all the winners and many thanks to Chris and his helpers for organizing the event. A big thank you to Jeff for hosting the Pic n' sip. It was Don and my first event, we had a great time. The challenge of using new lures (my first time for Buck Tails) sure took us out of our comfort zone. Look forward to meeting more participants at PFTS #3. Steve it was a pleasure meeting you and hope you're feeling much better.
Maybe we'll see some of you at the for Charity event - The Cap Mel Classic this coming Saturday.

Big thanks to all involved. ChrisR volunteered to run this event and it turned out to be a great one. Thanks to Nut Hookers and his finely made hand crafted bucktail jigs and to Jeff Harrell and BarFly, great place with cold beer and tasty food.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Congrats Bill, Todd and Chuck. Thanks to everyone who made it out. I caught some small fish, but like most, mine only had one spot each. I had a blast either way.

I haven't been able to post since the weekend but I wanted to say I had a great time. It was my first paddle-fishing tournament and it most definitely wont be my last. I just hope I can figure out a way to safely transport my kayak on my dodge charger (w/out a roof rack). Although I didn't catch a darn thing, I had a blast.
A big thank you to all the folks who put these events together, y'all are great.

kmeng,
I knew a guy who used these on his car because it was a company care and he couldnt put racks on it. Easy on, easy off, and it didn't damage his car. The only thing to be careful about is to make sure to rinse the car very well when you are dont at then end of the day. The salt drip from the kayak after use will eat your paint up after a while.
