Holy crap, that was an awesome video! Sucks about all the gear that you could clearly see floating away or sinking... But at least you've recorded the memory!

Maybe a misunderstanding here but that is not me in the video. It was linked on another kayak site and figured it would be good to post up. Guy was fishing in southern Australia.

Ouch :(

Had a windstorm catch my daughter and me out in a canoe once, so things can change really fast. If you have never seen a fast wind change like that, you are lucky. Had we not come across a group of Army Rangers, we would have been in the water for sure.
