It will just be nymetsfan and I. Quick question about the set-up for this tournament, can we use split shots or floats, or just the six hooks and provided lures?
Thanks again,
Dan

These may be silly questions, but I'm going to ask anyways.
1. If I only have two weedless spoons, do I need to pick up a third to be in compliance? I know the rules say 3 weedless spoons and 3 jig-heads. I have 3 jig-heads but only 2 weedless.
2. Is this strictly catch and release during the event, or are we allowed to keep dinner, given the catch is a legal keeper of course.
First time ever in a fishing tourney, and still very much learning the ways of the angler. Looking forward to getting out there on the paddleboard and tightening some lines.
Cheers ya'll,
Christopher

Read the rules again. 3 jigheads and 3 seedless hooks. No spoons. Everything else will be provided.

Thanks Rik. My apologies. Like I said I'm still learning, and was only familiar with the weedless spoon, so that's what my mind went to when I read weedless. I'll have to pick some weedless hooks up in the AM.Rik wrote:Read the rules again. 3 jigheads and 3 seedless hooks. No spoons. Everything else will be provided.
