Sarasota Bay Watch is having a fishing line clean up in Sarasota Bay on Saturday. They have around 60 people signed up. I called and found that they are not keying on any specific area but will be spread out all over the place. The furthest north that she knew that anyone would be is the area around Cortez Kitchen. Depending on where you fish you may run into them. They'll be easy to spot - they'll be in the mangroves not fishing next to them.
