Prayers needed

A couple days ago my buddy ivan was killed in afghanistan. ivans father was a general in the army and he just witnessed the birth of his daughter via skype. He was scheduled to come home in less than a month to see his new born baby in person. It breaks my heart to hear the news.

Ivan we love you buddy, watch over us. You will not be forgotten

I do hate to hear this kind of message. My heart goes out to your friends for their loss. In reality we all lose a little part of ourselves with this type of tragedy. God bless them for their sacrifice.
My nephew just left in September for that godforsaken country. I pray everyday for his safe return.
