Hey guys,
I have a question about Gulf Stream. Is there any good fishing around there? Can you fish the ICW right by the golf course, and if so what would one likely catch?
My bro in law just moved there and has a place across the street from the ICW. I am hoping to get down for a visit soon, with my kayak and fly rod.

You talking about Gulf Stream, like the old race track in Hlywood/Hallandale ?
Yes you could fish the ICW there, carefully watching for boats, you could expect to catch cuda, grunts, lady fish, at night maybe some Tarpon or perhaps even a lost Snook around resturants or marina's.

I am not sure if that is the same place or not, but it is near Del Ray Beach. Is that the same place you are talking about?
I am looking at it on google maps and see a lot of boats on the ICW. My bro in law says he sees kayaks out there sometimes.
What might be a good fly to use in the area?
