This is an old family recipe....

I have made my own curry paste but I like to take short cuts. It's a great paste and a tub of it last a long time. I stock green, red, yellow, and panang curry paste in my fridge.

Nothing wrong with that. I will ahve to pick some of those up. Spent $30 at Wong Kai Imports today.
