I'm new to this forum, but ran across it last week. Sometime soon I'm heading down to Florida, from Minnesota, just dug my pickup camper and canoe out of the snowbanks. My canoe is rigged with outriggers and has a center rowing seat. I was planning on spending time maybe in the keys, Flamingo, and Chocoloskee. Everything I read on the posts does not sound good with the fish kills. I was down there 2 years ago and did okay but any reports, ideas thoughts would be helpfull. I'm guessing I'll be there between Feb 10-24th. When you're retired you can plan like that.
Thanks,
Les the Finn for Esko Mn!
Another question how to you work the tides in Flamingo, I see there will be a very low tide during that time can you get stranded if time is wrong? [/b]
