Went to the Narrowest portion hoping to benefit from the funnel. Got this, and a few misses of bass.

And..they Float! I have an expensive boca that I have retired to motor boat usage because of the utility of the plastic gripper. It is just a better solution for a kayak. Also, you can just 'grip' it onto any convienent place on the kayak.chincy wrote:No kidding, nice teeth. pickerel was a favorite fish as a boy - nice to see one again
the florida gar are grabbing bass lures now in cape coral area and they have a nice toothy snout - i use long nose pliers to release

bass are still grabbing plastic worms in dark colors in shallow water over submerged weed beds - the rains have started and i will need to relearn the bass hangouts
