There's a guy on the Florida Sportsman forum that makes Bucktail jigs with those heads.

I have been using the Back Bonz skimmers. LOVE THEM. I get them at BPS.

fyi Wally world carries those but not as bare jigs but as buck tails w/ nice painted eyes :)

In the Keys they call these Bonefish jigs. Bass Pro has a huge selection.

I order bare jigs from him about 2 years ago, great guy to deal with and the jigs worked great

On a final note. They do have some "deals" avail and if you don't like the colors you can get out the paint.

Not so much on the color just the shape but what the heck that's what dollar nail polish is for and the price is right so what the heck.

Mauve b*@ch.... I had forgoten that I gave you one.....:lol:

Yes Sam basic same design...but these are 3/16 instead of 1/4 and come plain or painted and a whole lot less expensive in bulk. I'll dress you a couple up in more muted ( traditional ) tones.

Remember the mauve b*@ch is a surefire big sheepie killer.... :wink:

I'm the guy you bought the skimmer jigs from, and just wanted to say thanks. By the way, the "deals" section is inventory that came with the company from the previous owner. I'm not wild about the quality compared to what we do now, so I discounted them to get them out...thanks again for the order and the info about the product here!

Thanks again Eric...got them in the mail late yesterday . Thanks for the fast shipping.

Here is a couple pics of orange ones ( matches my kayak :lol: ) one with an "eye" weed guard and hackles and one with plain bucktail and marabou..
