Fish

Post by Trootin »

Well I spent my break far away from where I wanted to be, I was stuck up in Pennsylvania. Besides from freezing my azz off everyday I found a stacked up stream and caught some salmon. Drifting small egg sacs and little spinners around these fish was enough to get em to bite. Fish ranged from 2-11 pounds, and they do pull hard. The fight is comparable to a red. Didnt get many pics because of camera trouble, but snagged a few at the end...

It was tough pulling the fish outta their home, especially with the current..

Finally with 3 days left of break I got back to terroize some red drum. I jumped out on my buddys ranger to prefish for a bunch of upcoming tourneys. We whacked them real good, was the first time Ive caught tailing redfish out of a bay ranger. Fish wanted exudes/gulps.

You're a natural, fresh or saltwater.

Nice report and fish.

I lived in PA for 18+ years......Let me tell you, the longer I spend in the hustle and bustle of the city world down here the more I hate it, I get tempted to go back to the tiny little towns that never made the map, where there isnt billions of dollars to make, no giant corporate agenda's and a man can have a plain jane job for his entire life and get by living the simple life, but avoiding the winter, and chasing the big fish year round down here make me stay....
