Blank sale

Post by noles »

Cleaning out the rod shop of some blanks that I've purchased in the past year. I had every intention of building them out, but don't really need another 6wt or 10/11 wt rod. The blanks are new and will make great rods.

Tiger Eye IM6 2-Piece Graphite Fly Rod Blank (GF-80-5/6)
Specs: 8'0", 5/6 wt, 5 tip, 0.395 Butt (Retail $35.84) Asking $20.

Rainshadow Xcel 2-Pcs. Fly Rod Blank (RXF9010/11)
Specs: 9'0", 10/11 wt, 0.495 butt, 5.5 tip (Retail $110.25) Asking $60.
This will make a great tarpon rod.----Sold

Rainshadow RX7 4-Pcs, Fly Rod Blank (906-4)
Specs: 9'0", 6 wt, 4.5 tip, 0.345 butt (Retail $190) Asking $45.---Sold

If you buy a blank and need components, check with me first before you buy them. I'll save you some money.

PM me or 941.539.6501

Is that Rainshadow RX7 4pc the matte finish or the brown with gold flake?

That's the RX-7+, one of the sweetest blanks I've ever built on.

Phinla,
Let's talk about having you use one of these blanks to build one for me. Double D is going to teach me the fly fishing thing and for sure it would be nice to have around for "practice" and also for clients that I'm not able to get down on a trip with Dave.

I'll need some advice on the reel to go with it and have you match that for me
