Good action on 11/09

Post by fishnfinatic »

I got up early on the water by sunrise with freezing weather. The only reason I got out there so early was to fish the last couple of hours of the outgoing. I'll make this short we caught 1 snook, 7 reds, 3 trout, 1 flounder and 2 sheepshead. All reds were rats but one was slot. The past couple of trips I've notice the trout have been fat. I took my friend Tony (reddrummer22) with me and he caught his first inshore slam. WTG!!

Shawn,

That skiff is sure treating you well. Your buddy"s rat sure was shiny, were do the rats move in from up there?

Jd, they either get trap into deeper holes or out on the flats. Here lately thats all Ive been finding on the flats. The water is starting to clear making the biggers spooky. I usually find the biggers in residential docks.
