9-2-07 report

Well I went out again today, first day trip on the water and I went to usual spot. The trout once again was real active in the channels areas, tide was really low so I was unable to get to my one spot that I usually fish at. In all I was able to catch and release 8 trout, the largest was 22" and the smallest was 13", 1 small snook, 25", and a catfish on a fly. Sorry no pics, my camera quit working. All in all it was a pretty good day. Hope everyone else had a good weekend of fishing and I hope everyone has a safe hoilday.

It's great to see you back in the game.

I'm sure you have enjoyed these last couple of outings a great deal after your layoff from fishing. It's good to see you posting about putting some more time in out there.

Thanks ya'll. Yep it is great being back on the water but I do need to remember the sunscreen, ouch, legs got pretty red, oh well still had a great time.

All these reports are great. But, I haven't been able to get out for almost THREE weeks now and I am about to come apart at the seams. I'm jealous, but wife, kids, work and moving come first.

I know how you feel, I was out from April, the OLC was the last time I fished, until August. Hopefully you will get back out there soon.
