Hi you-all. Will arrive in Sarasota from Mexico, for 10 weeks beginning April 1. Hqve caught reds and snook out of Vamo using Back Country jigs but would really lik3 to do more fly fishing/wading in the area.
would really like to connect with fellow kayak fly fisherman or, happy to share gas with wnyone with flats boat or geenoo.
I can't seem to figure out ho2 the replies work so here's my email address : [email protected].

I'm looking forward to mqking a few new friends. PS. Icurrently hqve 2 12 foot sit-in but will buy a 10 or 12 foot sit on when I get to Sarasota. Anyone want to sell me aused one? Drop me a line. Rob

I guess you guys are pretty unfriendly. Not a single reply. Perhaps all anglers are loners and enjoy being alone!!!

Not unfriendly, just directed elsewhere at that time of year. Come April everyone in Sarasota is thinking tarpon. A few of the exceptional tarpon fishermen will actually catch one in April.

You'll have a better response closer to the time you get here.

Besides, you're asking for fly guys and we all know that fly guys are elitist snobs. (lets see if trolling works....)

Wow, finally got a reply. I do enjoy taking reds on Backcountry jigs, snook too. I won't say it's easy butit's darn harder catching them on a fly. I do do both and enjoy em.
anyways, I'll fish with anyone who's not an asshole.
