New to kayaking and excited! Riverview.

Post by Saltysportsman »

I am from Riverview and just bought my first kayak. I am super excited to go fishing the flats with it. I will probably be hitting bishop harbor and simmons park mostly. Any tips would be awesome. I see most prefer not to use live bait. Is there a few selections on lures I should look into to get started?

Go back to the home page and look under Articles -> Fishing Tactics. Heywood has posted some excellent articles on lures and choices.

If you search the forum you'll also find threads like this one as well.
