Mosquito Lagoon Help

Coming down to New Smyrna next week. Hope to rent a kayak and do a little fishing. I've never been there before but have kayak several times. Any advice on where to go, what to fish with is appreciated.

If your staying in NSB launch from parking lot five in the canaveral national seashore and head south to the the poll and troll zone. You can also launch from JB's and head west into the islands. Good luck.
