Jensen Beach Erosion

I guess the "East coast" forum was axed by our trusty web master so I will mention this news here.
I had the pleasure of fishing the mile or so of beach north of the inlet last summer with my friend who lives there and we had fun with snook etc.
I visted this weekend, could not fish but, my friend says that portion of beach has washed away and is barely walkable at low tide and underwater at high tide.
It was a great fishery and tarpon were also available casting lures and flies from the beach.
