What they are proposing has been done by others and it will continue in one way or another. I look at this from many different angles and my comment on this is about one area in particular. That area is the loss of shore fishing. For over 25 years the areas available for shore bound fishers that are available to them has been steadily vanishing. Just consider the areas along the Gulf and the Atlantic that are no longer open to the public and I'm sure all of you can think of places like this. And this is just a small part of the issue. Close Federal parks to the people first and then the State Parks will be next. Where will it end?
