I wanter to upload a couple photos of what I hope is my completed Native Watercraft Mariner 12.5 Multisport, but rally do we ever complete when it borders on obsession, Hi my name is Bob and I'm a kayaker/fisherman!!!

Looks great. Just wondering why you don't turn the crate around so the rod holders are closer to the seat.
Being out on the water in the kayak is the prize. Catching fish is the bonus.

I found in the past that the rod holders just worked better further back. I was able to reach them ok and they didn't get in the way of me putting/pulling stuff from the crate

That makes sense. My rod holders are on the sides of the crate. Leaves easy access tot he crate and make the rods easy to reach.
Being out on the water in the kayak is the prize. Catching fish is the bonus.
