Rhode Report - Saint Patrick's Day 2013

Went on a shore excursion in the Capitol City earlier in the morning and got tight with my first striper of the year. It was a cold one out there..., the tip and the closest guide to it were icing up. I released the schoolie for another day. I'll be checking on the Gilbert Stuart Herring run later in the day. I'm hearing they are stacking up in Wakefield. Last week two hardy paddlers passed me while fishing from shore heading upriver in their kayaks.

Urbanlegend I used a 4" Albino Zoom Fluke on a 1/4 oz. Wallyworld jighead (round, uncolored). I cast out and used a slow retrieve bouncing along the bottom.
I'll attach another photo, this one is a White Pearl - Zoom Fluke. It shows the jighead.
OOPS..., file is to big to attach.

Thanks Rik!

I'll create an account with Photo Bucket.

Resized using Picasa 3...., maybe went a little too small. I'll get the hang of this...
