Although it seems to keep raining which has kept water a bit murky, the good news is the cooler water temps have fish biting. I've been hitting some spots on the northern end of the bay between Anna Maria island and Palma Sola bay. The snook bite has been steady late afternoon or early am, and the redfish have been active whenever the tide is lowish. I'm using mostly topwaters for snook, and paddle tails for reds and trout- although my biggest trout 24' came on a topwater prop bait and a few redfish have been hitting topwater spooks as well.
