Went to the beach this am to find this going on..Tough fishing the trough for a while,

It appears that next Tarpon season we'll be hauling our vessels across alot more sand.

Only for a couple seasons. Doesn't take long for most of the millions of dollars of sand to wash away.
Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley

I believe they have to stop at the north end of IRB. No public access in Belleair Beach means no FED $$$ for that area.
