Gator fans...

Post by mikeB »

So someone found this gator corpse about a year ago, evidently the victim of pouchers 'cause the tail bones were absent, but the skull and some upper bones were scattered along the creek bank, probably from Vultures picking over the remains. After a week or so in a Clorox/water soak and then a year outside weathering the sun/rain he took what teeth he found and glued them into the sockets where the teeth fit. The result is below. Sorta cool, but is possession of the skull legal?

I'd say yes because I see Gator Heads for sale all over the place in South Florida.
