First Fly Trip

Post by TexasDan »

Landed my trout and red on spinning the first part of the morning and then on my first time to try out a fly rod over water I caught my first fish on the fly and it was my snook to complete my slam. All I have been doing is practicing in the road watching the neighbors drive by looking at me crazy and wondering what the hell I was doing.

Nicely done, but don't use good fly line to practice in the road. Trust me, I just know that.

What Todd said. Only in grass or water. Nice !!!

Well done partner. Let's do it again real soon.

I'd rather be fishing right now.
