Cheap Lures!

Post by ruskinTR »

Ok guys, even though I haven't been doing much kayak fishing lately, I have to share a cheap lure tip in the hopes of reaping some good fishing karma.

The Brandon Walmart on Causeway has four boxes of lures on clearance for 2.50 each. Spook Jrs (about 6 left in bone, I only bought 2), Bomber Long A's and badonkadonks, and a bunch of other hard baits. A steal.

I'll post a few pics if my shameless karma attempt happens to work.

Take advantage of the deal, but leave a few for the next guy!

Thanks for the heads up, if it were close enough to me I'd pick up a couple Clear and Bone's

The lures have the expected action, but you'll want to upgrade the hooks. I have about 5 of them from last year.

Well that box has grown from 2 to 4. Store rep told me they do this every year in the spring.

I got a few more at the Walmart on Bloomingdale last week. Tough to get there before the bones are gone.

+1 on upgrading the hooks.
