Has anyone had luck using Vudu shrimp or mullet? I'm curious if they're more of a gimmick to catch fisherman or if they work well. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Looks like a permit to me....but that may be just because I really really want them to start showing up in the area! I do believe it is a permit and I hope he has lots of friends.

I just read this thread which was completed back in December. Excellent long term review of affordable fishing equipment. It's easy to have a short term issue with one reel or rod and then think "these have all gone to crap". A good long term unbiased review is great to see. Thanks JB.
