Key Largo Fishing Help?
Taking the family down to Key Largo next month for a long weekend and thinking about taking the kayak. We have stayed there before. It was before my kayak fishing days.
The hotel we are staying at is on the gulf side and they have a launch area at the hotel.
Any suggestions?

Re: New Spook coming this spring
I have been using a topwater that is pretty close to that already. You can walk the dog better. It is a little wider walk. It is a River2Sea Rover 113 topwater. The first trip I used it with the original hooks with the feather hook. It comes with 3x hooks. When I changed out the hooks to 4x strong h...

First Fly Trip
Landed my trout and red on spinning the first part of the morning and then on my first time to try out a fly rod over water I caught my first fish on the fly and it was my snook to complete my slam. All I have been doing is practicing in the road watching the neighbors drive by looking at me crazy a...

Re: Bishop's Harbor
Snook caught: 1 = 17"
Reds missed: 2
Trout caught: 8-10 = 12" to 18" range
Jack: 1
If I would have landed that red my small slam would have been by 7:45
Oh well maybe next time .
