Gary,
Some people catch nothing and blame their tools and you sir, just caught a fat snook. I've often done better with silver spoons for snook but you caught a nice one there. Congrats on a successful mid-winter outing

Did you all know that Uncle Tommy is the King of St Croix? I had two St Croix rods that lasted seven years, no repairs needed. Three months ago I had the option of choosing my rod supplier and I chose them. Nothing against the Hurricane people. I used their stuff but it's apples and oranges with thi...

Cast net, dynamite Doesn't the explosion cut a hole they can swim through? Trootin gave you the cheaters Cheat Sheet. Cut ladyfish, or any cutbait for that matter will get them to eat. It will survive the masses of pinfish better than a shrimp will. That same lure Norman caught that big snook on a ...

2008 was a fantastic year on the water for myself and my customers. I would like to see 2009 be even better for anyone I take fishing. That is my goal. In 2008 I did not "get away" so I do hope to take a week and go on up and fish the Panhandle because that's where I did so much of my fish...
