I agree-using a net is not good for any fish-I did see some of the tv guys say that if you use the net to "cradle" the fish(still keep it in the water) I do that with big fish. I hookup my Boga while their head's in the net, and still in the water. It works great, the fish fight less and ...

It's a great area, especially when the wind is like it's been lately.

American Eagle Canoes are the best fiberglass canoe around IMO, and they're locally built in Cocoa, Florida. They will customize them to suit your style of fishing. (I'm not associated with them in any way)
